Scope: This policy covers subscription fees paid by sellers to list products, access leads, and use platform tools. YFO does not handle buyer-seller payments for goods; disputes about orders, quality, delivery, or refunds for merchandise are strictly between those parties.
1) Subscription billing
Plans: Monthly / Quarterly / Annual. Fees are charged in advance and may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Invoices are available in your dashboard.
2) Cancellations & refunds
Cooling-off (optional, if required by law in your jurisdiction): If applicable, written cancellation within 72 hours of first purchase may be eligible for a full refund provided no paid features were used (lead downloads, catalogue activation, messaging).
Pro-rata: Unless required by law, we do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods once a cycle has begun.
Auto-renewals: Cancel anytime before the renewal date in your dashboard to avoid future charges.
Duplicate/erroneous charges: If we charge you in error or twice, we will refund the duplicate amount once verified.
Downtime credits: For verified platform outages exceeding 24 consecutive hours, we may apply service credits to the next cycle (no cash refunds).
3) Chargebacks

to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
4) Marketplace transactions
YFO is not a party to contracts between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee catalog accuracy, pricing, quality, shipping, or fulfillment and do not issue refunds for goods or services provided by users on the platform.
