1) What data we collect

Account & profile: name, business name, GST/VAT (if applicable), email, phone, address, password hash, role (buyer/seller).

Business details from sellers: catalogue information, pricing, minimum order quantities, shipping locations, fulfillment policies, bank/UPI details only for subscription payouts/refunds where applicable.

Usage & device data: log files, IP, device/browser type, pages viewed, session timestamps, cookies, pixels, approximate location.

Communications: messages exchanged via the platform, support tickets, email content you send us.

Payments (sellers’ subscriptions): handled by third-party gateways; we receive tokens/metadata (status, last 4 digits, expiry month/year) but not full card/UPI credentials.

Marketing preferences: opt-in choices, event responses.

2) How we use data (purposes)

Create and manage accounts; provide platform features and messaging.

Process and manage seller subscription fees (monthly/quarterly/annual) and invoices.

Operate search, listings, and recommendations; prevent spam/fraud; enforce our Terms.
